Client Manager, Experiential Marketing

YAH is seeking an Experiential Marketing Client Manager to assist with internal and client project fulfilment as well as onsite activations. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate market activations and required tasks within specific projects as assigned

• Provide support with planning and execution of internal and client projects.

• Manage project operations, including but not limited to vender relationships, asset fabrication and deployment, onsite service orders, hospitality, sampling, travel, audio/visual, media, digital/interactive, staffing, scheduling, premiums, décor, storage, shipping, etc.

• Hire, train and manage field managers & tour managers for successful project operations

• Outline personnel requirements by project and coordinate with onsite staff for activations

• Apply best practices and key learnings for continual improvement

• Manage purchasing process with vendors for timely delivery and quality control, and maintain national vendor/supplier relations

• Create weekly progress reports for success tracking

• Balance expectations of both the client and the agency and communicate as such with manager

• Assist with the development and management of event budgets

• Assist with development of event operations plans

• Assist with development of ideas and concepts for client/brand activations

• Assist in developing new business opportunities

• Responsible for post-event financial reconciliation

• Develop post-event client recap

• Develop project training materials

• Develop required production documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, sports management or related field

• Minimum 7 years relative work experience in a related field

• Proficiency with experiential marketing projects and consumer interaction/engagement

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting is preferred

• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment

• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• CDL Class A or B license preferred, but not required

• Frequent travel required
