Senior Digital Strategist

We help brands create meaningful, measurable moments at retail, events, and everywhere along the customer’s journey. 

This role will focus on developing digital marketing solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has a love of marketing, a passion for presenting ideas, and a deep understanding of mobile solutions.


  • Identify key client business challenges and needs, pitch solutions
  • Lead discussions with clients and internal stakeholders on relevant challenges, opportunities, and solutions
  • Inspire clients and internal stakeholders with your vision
  • Be a thought leader in digital marketing
  • Develop digital strategy tailored to customer needs based on research and insights
  • Create smart, sustainable multiplatform content strategy that delivers durable value to customers and clients alike
  • Collaborate on robust content plans that reinforce customer needs and client goals
  • Partner with internal and client teams to achieve quality, schedule, and budget goals
  • Develop measurable goals for digital engagements that are sensitive to client needs and customer behavior
  • Manage Digital Strategy and User Experience offering across clients
  • Assist in organic and new business development
  • Build relationships with clients and in the community towards improving our offering, strengthening the team, and growing business


  • Bachelor’s in marketing or relevant field
  • 5-7 years full-time experience in Digital Marketing channels
  • 3-4 years agency experience
  • 2-3 years mobile project experience
  • 2-3 years social media project experience


  • Mobile Marketing & Advertising, Social Media, SMS
  • Websites, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing
  • CMS, MAM, Web/Mobile Analytics, E-Commerce, Mobile Wallet
  • Best practices in User Experience
  • Working with customer journeys, personas, wireframes, user flows, maps, etc.


  • Solid knowledge of marketing business models and systems
  • Strong functional skills in mobile marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership skills


  • Passion for marketing across channels
  • Natural curiosity for understanding customer and client needs
  • Strong customer experience focus
  • Aptitude and interest to learn new technologies quickly
  • Successfully self-motivated, self-managed
  • Hard worker and easy teammate with a good sense of humor


  • Experience with emerging technologies including Voice / Chatbots, Location-based Marketing, Personalization, E-Commerce, Augmented Reality & VR, Product Development, Start-ups
  • Active in local community around digital marketing or relevant field
