Client Manager, Digital

You Are Here (YAH) is looking a Client Manager with 6+ years’ digital marketing and/or innovation experience. This role will be responsible for large or high-profile projects or campaigns leveraging multiple elements as well as digital and/or experiential disciplines. This position will be responsible for day-to-day client interfacing, development of strategy towards innovative digital marketing initiatives and providing guidance to team members.


  • Develop and grow long-term relationships with several clients
  • Develop digital strategy and consumer programs based on client marketing/business objectives and desired target audience(s), leveraging specific digital platforms
  • Utilize internal agency resources and teams to deliver best-in-class work for the client
  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team
  • Work closely with agency leadership in developing long-term strategic growth plans for clients
  • Effectively present the agency’s decisions, recommendations and creative to a range of client audiences
  • Lead internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status meetings
  • Resolve challenges and opportunities in a clear, organized and efficient way to limit impact on client and internal resources
  • Balance the dual expectations of the client and the agency
  • Identify organic business growth opportunities within each account 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
  • Minimum of 6 years of digital marketing or innovation experience including agency experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise B2B marketing companies/clients preferred
  • Digital experience with AR/VR, web, social, email and app development
  • Broad understanding of digital ecosystems
  • Expert client management skills with emphasis on long term growth of the relationship
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
