Client Executive, Experiential Marketing

YAH is seeking an experiential marketing client executive to assist with internal and client project fulfillment and onsite activation.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal client teams to conceptualize, develop and bring to life experiential marketing events that are in line and on brand with YAH clients.
  • Assist in the development of client presentations, proposals and wrap-up reports.
  • Assist in on-going event operations of asset deployment, staffing, warehousing, shipping.
  • Collaborate with internal client teams to coordinate market activation's and required tasks within specific projects as assigned.
  • Conduct the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts including status calls, cross-functional meetings, timeline management, and project deliverable's.
  • Identify and discover client needs and create appropriate solutions in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Actively participate in meetings that include strategic and creative brainstorms.
  • Execute events and provide on-site assistance to client needs.
  • Provide daily support to the client and advise status of all projects and tasks.
  • Communicate client needs to internal staff.
  • Manage PO's, invoices and vendor paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Manage the high-quality preparation and timely delivery of all client projects including but not limited to activation plans and go to market strategies.
  • Polished, professional interaction with primary clients.
  • Successful creation of clean and concise documents for client review.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal team, agency, and vendors.
  • Assist Client Leadership team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years relative work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency with experiential marketing projects and consumer interaction/engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making skills while having a track record of solving business challenges.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite program (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills.
  • Frequent travel required.
