Account Executive, Field Marketing


  • Oversees day to day management and execution of strategic field marketing campaigns including development, launch and measurement
  • Builds deeper client relationships with marketing excellence, clear thinking and actionable recommendations
  • Identifies organic growth opportunities
  • Collaborates with counterparts within YAH and Cooper Holdings to leverage full agency capabilities on behalf of client
  • Assists with development of client presentations
  • Manages program budgets, timelines and on-going status updates
  • Possesses working familiarity with key aspects of the business and can identify opportunities to provide marketing insight solutions to help grow brands
  • Identify and discover client needs and create appropriate solutions in a proactive and timely manner
  • Prepare analysis of client campaign/project results and identify opportunities to improve results and/or show ROI


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years related work experience in field and/or experiential marketing
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate strategic and sound decision-making skills while having a track record of solving business challenges
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
  • Corporate or corporate account (agency) experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite program (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
